UPDATE:

How exactly did you determine that her eggs are fertile? Usually my buttons have a high fertility rate, but I did have one hen where 6 of 10 eggs had two yolkes and of the remaining 4 maybe 1 was fertile. She managed to hatch a couple of chicks but none survived.
Could you maybe steal an egg, take it to a dark room, use the flash from your phone to candle it and take a picture of what you see to post here? Maybe the size of the air cell will offer some clues. At 26 days it's rather unlikely that they hatch, if she has really been sitting tight all the time.
If you really want to know what went wrong and candling doesn't tell, you can do an egg-topsy - open the egg and see what's inside. It can be a smelly business, so do it outside. There are posts somewhere on byc telling you how to interpret what you find during an egg-topsy - I haven't been desperate enough to try it yet so I have no experience.

I am pretty sure her eggs are fertile, because I have cracked open most of her previous eggs, and they all were fertile, I am having someone come over today to help me candle the eggs. Thanks

Thanks for being a good sport about me asking. :) not implying anything about you, but it shocks me how many people still think they can get fertile eggs with out a male, and at the same time, the amount of people that think they need a male to get eggs...

So I always ask :highfive:
Don't worry abought it!!! I ask questions like that myself! to help people!
