good luck with them all!

very cute~! I am posting something similar... none of my chicks look like these to my untrained eye, so I hope some of you will keep a look out for my post, too.

Lost one of my possible Barred Rock Bantams yesterday. No idea why. He just didn't seem to be growing like the rest of them.

The rest are doing rather well except for a few poopy butts that I trying to keep up with. They are a week to a week 1/2 old. I'll try to get new pics this weekend when it's suppose to warm up some.

Having issues with keeping the brooder temps up with the constant change of outdoor temps. When it was 70* outside the shed really heated up. Poor babies! with the heat lamp it got near 120*!! Thankfully I had given them enough room to get away from the light. Today in the mid 40's, I'm having trouble keeping it above 85*. But then again, they seem to be doing fine. They are running from one end of the brooder to the other playing with each other and return to just outside the center of where the light is directed and flop down asleep. Not all huddled up as if they were too cold.

My Golden Sebrights are having issues with pasty butt. I helped one yesterday with it. Another one got it and died through the night. :O(

Sorry to hear that QT!. I saw on another post somewhere that someone suggested pulling up a small clump of grass with dirt attached and let the chicks have it. Supposedly, it will help solve the problem. Never heard that before.

I will be getting some more Silver Sebrights in about a week & half. Guy up the road has a bunch in the incubator.

Thanks! Luna is a sweetie. I have her and her brother & sister. They all have the same birth defect of the eye that leaves them partially blind.

But don't tell them that!! They are on turbo power from the time their eyes open in the am!

Here are my little bitties a couple weeks later. Still trying to identify what they all are.

These 2 are definately Sebrights! I have 4 Golds and this little Silver guy.
