Hi,

on the same subject could any one give me a clue as to the gender of my Orpington Bantams. The top two are chanell the bottom two are Cocoa. Any other info on Bantam Orps would also be appreciated ie. when will they lay or crow? They are such sweet friendly chicks. Thanks

They both look like roosters to me. Sorry :/ I dont know the breed very well so I could be wrong.

How old are the Orp Bantams?

they are about 13-14 weeks old now i believe, but they look so different, they have to be different sexes

Yes I thought they were Roos but was hopeful I was wrong. Is there anyone out there near Middlesbrough who has room for a lovely bantam orp boy, I can't keep 2 as they are garden pets so would love a nice home with some lady hens for company for one of them????? :/
