**UPDATED**PHOTOS**When sexing chickens...specifically EE's

they are all pullets, at 18 weeks, you should be able to tell. My EE roo is the same age and he crows his head off and he looks alot like sandy lol.

If you want to see pics of another 13 week old EE that is definitely a roo, let me know and I'll load them in a little bit. He's been an obvious roo for quite a while now...based on his thick feet, greenish, perky, tall tail and his big RED comb, not to mention his crowing attempts and demeanor. Looking at my guy and then your pictures, yours all look like girls. Even the roo looking one with the really red comb, because she is 18 weeks, she just has to be a she. I'm no expert, but I do have a good example of a male EE, and I just don't see him in yours at all. I hope you figure it out soon. Let me know if I should load a pic of him or not.

Oh no...is yours an obnoxious crower? What can I expect from my 13 wk old EE roo? He sounds like a quiet goose once or twice a day...

Well, I have some other roos here too, and a male turkey. After we process the turkey and get rid of extra roos, I think he may calm down a bit. Right now he starts crowing and jumps up on the monkey bars and prances around.

Oh and also the girls aren't letting him mate, yet so he has some penned up frustrations.

Ok, you made me feel better...ours is pretty calm, so far, but someone on here said that if he honks like a goose now, that usually means he'll be a FOGHORN later. That had me cracking up!
