"Updated pics" please advise...... My turn to ask if you can guess what I have. (pic heavy)

I'm curious, what do those of you that don't want Roo's do with them? I will need to get rid of mine. Don't think my neighbors would appreciate a cock a doodle in the early morning hours *grin*.

I gave mine away because I wasn't ready to have any roosters at that time. Put an add on Craigslist or something for your area, I'm sure you'll get some responses.

My first seven chicks were a straight run. Unfortunately, three out of the seven turned out to be roos...I was broken-hearted. I contacted local petting zoos and small farms. I was lucky to find a farmer who took them - (did not kill) and they free-range on his large property. (He sold me three pullets around the same age to replace my loss.) Try that or Craig's list....good luck, hope he finds a good home.

I have two production reds, too, that were supposed to be RIR, so then went out and got an actual RIR, and she is not nice. The production reds are super friendly. Goes to show, I would rather have the productions that are nice, then the not so nice RIR.

By the way, your boxer is adorable and I have a carbon copy, same markings and all. They are such endearing dogs.

Can we revisit the gang and see what everyone thinks now when the BA's and the reds are approximately 7 or 8 weeks old. I pretty much know 100% that the big black Assie is a Roo but I hate to get rid of these guys until I am certain. Don't want to accidently give a hen away.

So here is what I am thinking and hoping. I think out of the 8 chicks I have that the big black Assie is a Roo and one of the Reds is a roo.

Of course I am not sure about my EE but I am hoping it is a pullet. It has the 3 peas though so not sure.

Also what is anyone's opinion on the Cochin and isn't my cochin cute. I think she/he is pretty!

Is this your EE? I think you may have a boy here, some other angles might help to tell for sure but that looks suspiciously like dark red on the wings ...
And though the comb isn't red yet, it does seem very large.

I don't have any of the other kinds myself, so I can't say for sure on those.

Yes that is the EE and I have noticed in just the last few days that the feathers on the back have gotten brown.

Here are two more pics.
