My gray Swedish has the white “eyeliner” streak. But as mentioned before, Duckduck couldn’t be a Black Swedish if her mom was a Magpie and dad a Rouen?

I got her from someone at my County Fair maybe 2 years ago. I don't think they knew the exact breed either.
