Updates! Sleepy chicken

I'm glad she is doing better!
I would hold off on the Tylan. I was trying to go back through all your posts to get a better idea of what might be going on. I am a little stumped myself.
I can give a summary as best as i can. The Tylan was in case of an infection if it was a broken egg

Were you treating for coiccidos? I have seen some older posts that yellow watery poop can be a sign of it

I have been trying to do some research and even though at first look of the poop. I thought broken egg. It looks like yellow watery poop can be caused by several things..I know..not much help. If she seems to be doing better I would just continue electrolytes in her water and offer her different things to eat to see if anything interests her.

Right now she did the wock wock song or the egg song since the others do it randomly and she followed their singing lead.

She seems to be doing better. I would just keep an I on her and see if she continues to improve.

How should I feed her it’s tough she moves her wings a lot when I try feeding her or giving her electrolytes. I gave her wet feed some yogurt and some electrolytes with probiotics.

Also her tail is up. And her head isn’t pointing down like most lethargic chickens look she mostly keeps her head up with her neck stretched not much but stretched a bit. She is at the lowest of the pecking. 2 welsummers and 3 Orpingtons. She keeps one eye open to where the yard is while the other is close she has no bubbles in eyes and breathes properly

I would just put the electrolytes right in her water. She seems to be doing well.
