Updating chicken laws?

I was looking into the chicken laws for beaverton, OR. There are already 3 entries, I think all identical, and also all wrong. (well, outdated, you can have chickens now!) I have the form all filled out to create a fourth, correct entry, but it DOES say right on the page not to add another if your city already has one. But it doesn't have any info on how to update the old info when the laws change... What's a girl to do?

Submit a new one and we'll try to validate the info. It is a lot of work so please be patient as we get to them.

Also, the more info about the laws, where to find them online (direct links), etc. will make it easier for us and other members to verify.
