updating or re posting

I posted yesterday about one of my chicks with a broken leg , added pictures , can I update or re post it without doing it all over . I thought after I edited it that it would re- post , on the first page but the original post with pictures is on 2 page.?

It doesn't bump the post when you edit it, it just updates the post.
