'Upload file' button is not working?

Hi

When I try to upload images (add media) to an album, the 'Upload file' button takes me to where I am able to select the images I wish to upload, but then it does not upload them when I hit the 'Done' selecting button. Nothing happens. How do I fix the problem?

I just tried it, from a PC, and it's working for me. I clicked Save and it's in there.

Hasn't been working for me from my phone for a couple weeks at least for me
