Solved Uploading a video

So, I'm trying to upload a 4min video to the gallery ( a new privet album I made) and it works but only uploads 8 seconds of the video. Is my video to large of a file?

I can't it is too large for email let me see maybe I'll just do YT but I really am trying hard not to use that for my videos.
