upped humidity and temps dropping

I'm on day 18 for my one and only kiki egg that has made it this far. I upped my humidity to 70% and my temp dropped. Not alot, its now at 98.8 and holding. Should I do anything?

What Jody says, do not touch that temp dial!!!

Did you use cold or warm water? Cold water will bring the temps down. I would wait a while and see if it comes back up. I mean like a few hours kind of while!

Not touching anything!! Haven't added water since yesterday,its a 2 liter coke jug. Its room temp. I have a Brinsea and this thing keeps temp like no bodys business. Thats why I was surprised it changed, it hasn't moved since I set it.
