upset tummy/

[1911 Backyard Homestead]

my young hen is not feeling well
its hard for me to tell whats going on because this is my first set of backyard hens

these are her symptoms:
she threw up (a watery substance)
- after she hung out in the coop for a while, she came out and seemed all weird so i took her to the water bowl she drank a bunch of water and then went and just sat in the coop for a while, when she came out, she threw up that watery stuff, it was white

she is lethargic, not really pecking, scratching or clucking
-she didnt want any scratch or chopped up carrot she just bends down and eats a piece of grass every now and then and walk very slowly around

she spent alot of time in the coop instead of out with the other two hens
and she has poo stuck to her bottom

please help, ive been looking online and in the forum and cant seem to figure out whats wrong with her, i love her so much!

i tried to give her molasses water but she only took one sip
