I have the option of pursuing a "written plan of correction" SOOOOOO needless to say I have some work to do. Then I will print multiple copies and offer them for free to anyone that wants them citing public health reports, chicken keeping history, document the recent salmonella issues with large factory farms, citing food safety issues, oh they are in for it... and the dam thing will be 50 pages long... I will only cite professional journals which I have access to through my local university... ALL scientifically backed up down to the greater nutritional value of home raised eggs.
