Upstate, NY - Need help interpreting our code for variance hearing

Our variance hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals is tonight...please wish us luck!

We don't have an answer yet, but the variance hearing went well. The Zoning Board of Appeals was very receptive. One of the members even owns a farm with plenty of chickens and helped answer and verify some questions.

The issue of the moment is that we our property in on a state road, which means our county needs to get involved. Out application is being sent of to the county, where they will respond and send it back to the Village. The coop wouldn't affect the road at all so we're hoping for the best. I'm guessing we'll have an answer at the next meeting on July 15.

All in all it was pretty good news. No answer yet, but we weren't shot down and still have a chance. I've updated our blog with a little more details.
