Upstate NY saying Hello

I'm from Fort Covington, NY. Or as my husband calls it "Bum Screw Egypt" ?? anywho. After spending 10 years in FL, we moved back up here to care for my elderly father. He is hobby farmer all his life.. so besides caring for him, we get to help him care for his 6 head of cattle. We recently got some white leghorns. So I am learning to "Farm" all over again, and spend precious time with my dad.

Im sure people at BYC can help you learn the ropes again. Im pretty new here to and everyone here has been great!
It takes a wonderful person to take care of their elderly parents. kudos to you for that.
