Urgent 1 dead and another on its way!

crop is soft and mushy-full of food

Drinks lots of water. Crop full and mushy.

water comes out of his mouth and it also seems like thicker clear mucous like almost human thin clear snot. But very little and it’s mixed with water.
Drinking a lot of water and having water come back out of his beak along with a full mushy crop - the crop is not emptying.
Now, whether that's because of a blockage (in the crop, gizzard, digestive system), worms, Coccidiosis, enteritis or ....?
It's hard to know. There could be other things going on too.

He does need water free choice during waking hours. IF there's a blockage, then you can provide him with a 1 time flush of Molasses to drink to see if that helps move the bowels. Photos of his poop would be good.
Give 1 teaspoon molasses stirred into 1/4 cup of warm water. Let him drink it all, then provide fresh water. The Molasses acts as a laxative and is relatively safe to give for the one time.

Treating for worms and Coccidiosis may be a good idea too, unless you can get your vet to do a fecal float today and tell you these are not an issue.

Corid liquid dose is 2tsp or Corid Powder dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given as the only source of drinking water for 5-7 days.

Safeguard Liquid Goat dewormer can be used to deworm. Dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.

It's extremely hard to know what's going on with him - these are all pretty much guesses based on your description, and we are not vets. Seeking vet care, if possible is always best.

I don’t know what’s going on. Hen showed weakness standing still and not moving one day dead the next. Today rooster is doing the same. Just standing around but he is drinking lots and just letting me pick him up and when I put him down he kinda just lays down on his feet doesn’t move. He is shivering and water runs out of his mouth. I don’t see anything wrong, nothing broken skin, no mites. He’s so beautiful. Really hate to lose him is there anything I can do!? I wonder if this is gonna go through the whole flock? I just quarantined him but if it is I’m sure it’s too late.
What breed was your hen?

Please, trim back the head feathers on your rooster to allow for unobstructed view. The overgrown head fluff is often cause for health issues as it is a hindrance to the birds natural behavior and feeding routine.
