I don’t know what’s going on. Hen showed weakness standing still and not moving one day dead the next. Today rooster is doing the same. Just standing around but he is drinking lots and just letting me pick him up and when I put him down he kinda just lays down on his feet doesn’t move. He is shivering and water runs out of his mouth. I don’t see anything wrong, nothing broken skin, no mites. He’s so beautiful. Really hate to lose him is there anything I can do!? I wonder if this is gonna go through the whole flock? I just quarantined him but if it is I’m sure it’s too late.

Can you get photos of his face and poop?

What do you feed including treats?
How long have you had him and how old is he?

Any chance he ate something moldy or compost, something toxic (fertilizer, spilled oil, pesticide, etc.), something dead or maggots?

What does his crop feel like - is it empty, air or fluid filled, hard?
Any lesions, mucous or pasty material (yellow or white) inside his beak?

Water is running out of his beak when you pick him up and he's shivering.

Place him somewhere warm - around 70-75F if possible. Do provide water or electrolytes for him.
Hard to know what's going on with him. You lost a hen yesterday - did she show similar symptoms?

Sorry for all the questions - just trying to brainstorm.

If vet care is an option that would be best but finding a vet can be difficult (not many will see chickens) and expensive - so there's that too.

I can get better pics not sure about poop unless he poops in quarantine. Only symptoms she showed was being still. (That I saw) we hatched him and have had him since. I can’t remember. Want to say around 8-12 mos? No to to anything toxic crop is soft and mushy-full of food it feels. We feed pellets and crumbles and let out to range in our yard. Gave him ACV in water. I will check inside mouth.

runny nose and/or eyes? wheezing, coughing, labored breathing? what does poop look like? is crop emptying? Is he eating at all?

Doesn’t eat when I offer treats. Drinks lots of water. Crop full and mushy. Seems to have clear eyes and nose but water comes out of his mouth and it also seems like thicker clear mucous like almost human thin clear snot. But very little and it’s mixed with water. I only saw when I opened his mouth and some came out with the water con

I’m not sure which poop is he is almost he poops when he is in quarantine. We hatched him and he is 8 to 12 months. Nothing hazardous. He eats pellets and scratch and grass, occasionally kitchen leftovers. I put him in a cage in the sun and put water and apple cider vinegar in there which he is drinking a lot.
I offered him some treats they were just cooked egg noodles we had leftovers. The only symptom I’m aware of for the hand if she was just standing still and being lethargic and not moving. He just started this morning to my knowledge she only showed symptoms for one day and then Dead the next. I looked in my mouth as best I could say nothing. However water was coming out and also like a thin clear mucous I almost didn’t catch it but when the water came out and he opened and closed his mouth I saw it. So it wasn’t loads. Eyes and nose appear clean. I took a video trying to post

Check other pics I posted below new

Mucus could be coming from the sinus or the throat. Since spcrop feels mushy and full, check it again in early morning before he takes any food or water. Are there any bubbles/foam in either eye or watery eyes?

What do you think about coccidiosis? I don’t know that it is what it is and I don’t see any indicators in the stool.
I was hoping if I go ahead and start treatment with cord for the whole flock maybe that will knock it out. And if not then I’ll know it’s some thing else.
