Urgent -3 week old chicks caugt in storm - advice / suggestions

12 chicks 3 weeks old. Got caught in storm and got wet in brooder box before i could get home p. They have ben off heat since day 3. temps are high 70 to low 90s always. Anyway I already had to cull 1, possibly another.. was 14.


turned on heat lamp and they appear to be drying out. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Sugar water with a bit of egg yolk, or sav a chick

So i let them dry out for about an hour. The one i was worried about was more rambunctious than ever! Turned the heat lamp off and they gladly ran back to there normal spot. lost the one but it had. Been struggling honestly

A few years back we had a storm blow off the cover of a brooder while we were gone. The chicks were cold wet and unresponsive, but we were able to warm them with a heat lamp. All the ones that were alive when we found them survived the ordeal.
