Urgent -- 4 year old guinea with diarrhea and large squishy abdomen

Not sure what's wrong with her/him. But it's my leading dude. Instrumental to last year's successful hatch and raising of 16 keets. Please tell me what might fix him/her.

Diarrhea for a week or more as can be told by soiled tail feathers and bulbous squishy underside. He She acts otherwise fine. Still grazing, and loitering with the gang.

Is he/she ok? When my guineas get diarrhoea I buy baby parrot powder food, mix it with water until it looks like custard, and syringe feed it to them. Bit messy, you will need a helper.

I'm gonna guess it's a she cause girls tend to be the ones who will raise keets, and tend to get tummy bugs easier?

Actually now I think about it, it could be an egg broke inside of her if it's a girl.
