*Urgent* Advice needed!!!

So my eggs started to hatch Monday there were 4 eggs, 3 hatched fine now today the 4th one hatched. He came out with this thing attached to him and he looks as if he’s bruised with maybe poop on his bottom or something. I’m not sure what to do. I took the other chicks out since I had been in there a day I took out all the egg shells and clean the incubator well I had a mini tea cup with one paper towels under a heat lamp. I put them back in the clean incubator and he seems lively but I’m worried something is wrong. Here are some images if that helps. Any advice helps.

Do not clean or pick at the umbilical area or its guts will come out.
