URGENT!! Bugs on my hen! How do I get rid of them?

I didn't see any egg clusters, but did see nits (is that the bugs or the eggs? I mean the bugs) on a second gal. Everyone is well dusted as of today. Roo will get dusted tonight. Then I'll be done for the week. I feel bad for never examining them before! Now I'm noticing more issues! Two of my new hens got feather picked pretty bad while at the auction I bought them at. I thought they were healed but noticed fresh blood today. Do you think they are still getting picked at causing bleeding? Or are their broken feathers just susceptible to injury while they play? I have an old Christmas tree I could imagine scratching them. The littlest one I call Chicken Little. She is SO anxious and screeching all the time. She runs away and do getting a picture was tough.

So helpful as always!!! Thank you for holding my hand through this! I think that is what's happening. Should I keep them separate still just in case the blood draws pecking?

I almost have my chick play pen complete so that will be the perfect chicken hospital!

Ok friends, one other new thing I've seen! I will ask but also do some research! One of my hens has some dark, solid grey odd things either used to be feathers or is on her feathers around her vent. I can't tell if she is dirty or if something is wrong. I hope the picture is good enough to see. She seems to be a little bothered if I touch them.

I'd need a better picture to tell, but it looks like dried poop. You can soak a paper towel in warm water, then soak the vent-area feathers in the paper towel (gently) to try to remove it

I thought my girls were so spoiled until joining this website! Haha they are fine, but I am learning so much!! I just wish they were more used to me. They act so terrified of me!
