So I have a chick that has droopy wing and she also won't open her eyes. I took her out she doesn't seem too inactive as she was moving around in my hand. Not sure what to do for her.

She looks fine other than that. She's really young. Under a week old.Have you checked her for mites/lice? Does she sound unwell when she breathes (any wrattling of her chest). Any other illness symptoms such as puffy eyes? What does her poop look like? Has she been wormed recently?
These are always the things I start with if I have a chicken looking unwell.
I already did clean her vent. I was told that it's Coccidosis so I already started treating with that. She is very active. I see her getting up to eat and acting like a normal chick then sleeping under the heat lamp too. She just has dropped wings. Another one also has dropped wings but I believe d'uccles tend to carry their wings at their sides more? The brooder is the correct temperature for young chicks.Get some chicke vitamins such as Poultry NutriDrench right away and give them both a couple of drops a day. Get them drinking water by dipping beaks into water to get them rehydrated. Repeat this as often as you can. Drooping wings is usually dehydration and you only have so long to take measures to correct this. Pasty butt is common in shipped chicks or feed store chicks that have become dehydrated or cold. Clean the vent off with warm soapy water and fingers, then dry with a tissue. Wash your hands well. Too high of heat in the brooder could also do that. What is your brooder temperature?
