Help! My chicken flew over the fence and was attacked by the neighbor dog. She’s still alive but can’t walk. Is there anything we can do?

Sorry, wish we could have helped. Maybe put some fishing net over the top of your fence so the chickens can't fly out. This helps protect from hawks too. This is our setup for reference.
