Urgent!! Could my hen be having a Stroke?

So sad to hear that she died. I thought Marek's disease also. I did tons of research online after reading your post but couldn't find anything with those symptoms. It sounded exremely sad to watch your poor hen go through that. So sorry.

Could it be wry neck? I had a silkie with a suddenly twisted neck, and after a few weeks of treatment, she came out of it. Hers was most likely caused by a rooster being too rough, knocking her brain around in her silly skull (silkies have practically no skull at the top of their heads). She relapsed a few months later because we left her out overnight (in her outdoor enclosure) and she got really cold (I guess). That second time it seemed like she had her head under her wing too long, stressed from the cold, and it got stuck. Sounds weird, I know. But, after another few weeks of treatment, she got better again. She always comes in the house at night. No relapse for about 8 months (yet). She also can't mingle with the other chickens, but her outdoor space is amongst them, so she gets to "be" with others during the day.
