URGENT- egg bound?!

I just gave her some more Tums, she seems to be a bit more active today. I'm not sure if I should soak her in a warm bath again.

Update- I gave her another bath and blow dried her. I noticed she had a watery, yellowish/white poo with a bit of red gunk. She hasn't been able to pass solid poo and this watery, yellow and red one has me concerned.
She did eat some of her feed this morning and drank quite a lot of water.

Can you post a picture of what she passed? I would try to get calcium citrate with d3 if you have to give more calcium tomorrow.
