It's the yolk sac. Normally it is absorbed by the chick's body shortly before hatching, but sometimes things go wrong. This is pretty hopeless. I have heard of such chicks surviving sometimes. Keep it in a very clean part of your incubator where the humidity is higher (it is important that the sac not dry out). I have heard it is possible that the yolk sac might be absorbed. Good luck.

ok sound like the yolk sac is broken and is bleeding everywhere..should i try to remove it? its still wet...and if yes...how can i do that?

I'm sorry that another member who has more experience with this situation has not responded. Those times this happened with my chicks the outcome has been grim. Clean/stop the bleeding as best you can. If removed the chick will probably bleed to death or infection will set in. It is important that the sac be absorbed as it nourishes the chick for the first couple days after hatching. After cleaning the area return the chick to the incubator and hope for the best. Good luck.

Oooh, yeah that's no bueno. :'( Sorry to say this chick is probably not gonna make it. It's kind of like it was born with its stomach on the outside of its body. Those blood vessels on the yolk belong on its insides and they're on its outsides. It's tragic but these things just happen sometimes. No creature has perfect babies all the time. Some just have problems that can't be fixed. :(

If its yolk is broken there's especially nothing you can do. :( I'm sorry.

Don't pull it. You could try to tie it off if it's bleeding, and you want to at least try and save it. Tie it close to its body. I doubt it will absorb it if it's leaked.

Is it still alive ?

You can try to tie it off, but I have never had a survivor with a broken yolk sac. It would probably be more humane to put him out of his misery. Sorry about your chicken :-(
