URGENT! egg pip at wrong end.

I have a peacock egg that pipped at the wrong end. I am trying to help it but the shell is so hard. Peacocks have one of the most hardest shells. It pipped early this morning around 5 am. It has been 16 hours since the pip and no progress... i have chipped away some of it but it has been bleeding. As soon as i see blood i put it back. What can i do?

I have never hatched peachicks but Id say leave him till in the morning befor trying to help again if there is blood when you try. They can hatch on there own when they pip the wrong end its not always a death sentance . Hopefully someone will know more . Good luck
