URGENT! First chick to hatch; kicking other eggs!!!

HELP PLS
first chick hatched and is kicking the others around a TON. Do I take her out?
She’s not dry yet but she’s kicking the others pretty violently

That's normal but you can take him out of you want. He won't dry in there but wait until the chick looks like he got in to hair gel.

Aw. I would leave him in for a few minutes but if your Brooder is ready you can remove him. Sometimes another chick running around is the kick in the pants ( or head) until hatched chicks need.

That looks like it could be the umbilical cord not fully absorbed. If it’s bleeding you may want to try to stop to blood with a paper towel and a tad of pressure. If it’s not bleeding I wouldn’t mess with it to much maybe just try to untangle it from it’s leg so it doesn’t make it start bleeding running around. Just my thoughts I’m not expert and not sure if this is even good advice just what I would do if I was in your shoes.
