Urgent hatched!!

Okay guys a baby duck hatched! But I don't know what to do now I have others in there with him temp is 99.5 humidity is 80%. Do I open air hole on the incubator. What do I do ?

New to this but I was going off the paper I received it said not open those till they hatch and open only one out of two until there are several ducks hatched. That's why there not open.
