Urgent help, ill and getting worse.

So glad to hear your rooster continues to improve!
Good poops means he is processing his food properly.

I usually don't use antibiotics for more than 7 days.

If the ear crusty chaff is annoying him so much he is shaking his head, trying to remove some of it may require a drop of light olive oil or grape seed oil massaged gently in the ear. This could help loosen it so when he shakes his head, the chaff comes out more easily.
Never stick anything in the ear to swab it out.

Besides yogurt, you could try some apple cider vinegar, juice from sauerkraut, or dill pickle juice. Each can be a source of fermented bacteria that can help the gut.

Can I use normal mineral / vegetable oil? Things are hard to get here in Thailand lol.

He is feeling much better this morning. Crowing a lot.. loud.. and flapping his wings. His breath no longer smells bad either.

But, he is still shaking his head most of the time. Never scratching at it though.

I am going to keep him on the antibiotics for a few days just in case, and add some oil to his ear this evening. Its a bit scary to do.. he is only a small bantam and his ear openings are TINY!!

Yes a tiny drop of mineral oil will work. Use a cotton swab to place the drop near the opening and let it drip into the ear opening. Gently massage the opening.
The head shaking might be becoming a habit.

Thank you everyone for all the helpful advise.

I am pleased to tell you that today he is nearly back to his old self. He is strong, has energy, getting busy with the hens and crowing again.

He has already gained weight and feels heavier and toned up!

His fungus on the comb is virtually gone.

He did not like the oil in the ear.. but seems to have also helped and the white powdery stuff in their is a lot less now.

The only thing wrong now is that he will have a few bouts of head shaking... but now goes a long time between them... not like before when he was shaking the head almost constantly.

Thanks again guys. I will keep a close eye on him.. and get him back on the antibiotics if he starts to look a bit off. I will also try to clean the ears up a bit this evening when he goes ot roost... although they don't look too bad now.
