URGENT help needed

I recently got 12 turkey chicks and 5 of them have died and one is on the brink of dying. They have electrolytes in their water, plenty of food, and a heat lamp on them as well.

What is going wrong? Is it something I’m not doing that I should be..?

Check the temp it should be 95 or so good luck

What is your setup? Do you have heat on them? Did you get them in the mail? Chicks and poults can get stressed in shipping, and losing some may happen. How old are they? Poultry Cell or NutriDrench is very good to give chicks or poults who are stressed, and have them drink water.
