What about his activity and behavior? Is he acting any different, more lethargic or tired?

He’s, if anything, more active than the others! Not lethargic or tired. He’s very active, he eats well, and he even fights with his brother.

At 7 weeks of age he does not need a heat lamp any more. And in addition he is black so the heat lamp will affect him more than a wheaten or white chick.
