Urgent Help Needed

What is the humidity, and temp at?

How do their air cells look? Is the dip-down occuring?
hum: 68, Temp: 99.5
I haven't candled them as I don't want humidity to escape but last I checked they looked ok.

I would personally open the incubator up, and candle them. I hatch lots of Calls each spring, and open the incubator up more than several times during lockdown. I would try to get a few candling pictures for us, and if you have a hard time keeping the humidity up, add a moist towel in there (not touching the eggs).
