urgent help needed

just had a little baby chick hatch. she was in a little paper container and when she rolled out of the egg the egg seemed to close on her and she has detached herself from her yolk. their is a little bit of blood aswell. just after some advice on how to care for her/him.

thanks for replying. its all good now. just my first time hatching so just freaked out a little. i put betadine on her back side and she looks well.
