If they have coccidiosis they will probably have blood in their poo..Try giving them apple cider vinegar in their water..That helped my chickens when they had it..I did lose 2 but caught it in time to save the rest of the flock. The vinegar will help to cure and prevent a lot of different illnesses..It doesn't hurt to give them some every once in awhile.

Dont know if this will help but I had a little roo that was about 6-8 weeks old that ate a bug that didnt agree with him. He started having runny green poo and was all fluffed up. I started him on Duramycin and the next day took him to the vet. She did a fecal and said no cocci ot worms but she did find bug parts and said thats what was making him sick. She told me to keep him isolated for a few days so he could rest and keep him on the antibotics for 3 days just in case the bug scratched anything inside. He did fine. If they are being bullied they probably cant get much food. I say keep them by themselves and see if they are eating drinking more in the morning if not maybe a trip to the vet if possible. Also try some boiled eggs.

6 weeks, ohhh thanks!!! This is what I'm thinking, its been really rainy here so they have been in the small part of the coop maybe being bullied. I went out this morning it was sunny so I fed them outside(refilled 2) and they seemed STARVING!! I picked them right up! Then they seemed to get too much and not be able to get it down (stretching their necks up) seemed all puffed up with not alot of energy. No diahrea at first just after I brought them in and fed them and let them rest! They used to have tailfeathers not anymore

They seem more alert and happy getting up and out of the box. I gave them vitamins, could that cause diahrea? Now what? Thanks so much!!

Thanks everyone for your help!! They seem to be better today!!! I don't think they are really sick now, maybe just bullied. Crazy chickes are flying around my garage now begging to go back out!!

Glad to hear it. The others must have kept them from the food. The green diarrhea really confused me a bit. Now I will know that it just means they are not eating. I learn something new all the time on here.
