I have a three-week-old chick that wasn't able to lift its head then i wrapped it and put some water with food in it and it's alive till now
today I woke up to find it unwrapped and that there was no skin on his neck and he was bloody but still alive
I need help in fixing both problems

it sounds like it's being attacked by brood mates, I would put a divider in so they cannot get to it with separate food and water, once injured they can be merciless, cleanse it with saline solution then apply antibiotic cream to the area to , do this at least twice a day.

Do you by chance happen to have any other animals that can get around the brooder?

i suspect that its been doing that to itself as i have it wrapped but i dont know if that could be true

then possible another animal, cat or older chicken did it, if it can't lift it's head , let alone it can't get at the back of it's own neck, something else is doing this.
Usually it's best to just treat and leave the bandaging off, as long as flies can't get to it. you can also top the antibiotic cream with Vaseline to make sure it stays moist so it can heal.

its on the front side, but i agree that something else might be doing it
do you know any tips about the not being to be able to raise iits head part

if it was attacked it's most likely in shock, give some electorolytes, and make the food more of a soupy for the injured bird, you can also try scrambled egg to entice it to eat. I also give them 1-2 drop dose of B complex liquid vitamins if they have been injured or sick as a precaution. if you can get a picture of the chick it would help.

If the neck was injured it may be to sore as to why chick can't raise it's head, but in time should heal.

if it is not eating or drinking you may have to tube feed it but I don't know how that's done so going to tag someone that does know.

Pictures of the chick and it’s wounds would be helpful. Do you think while it struggled to get unwrapped that it might have hurt itself injuring the skin? Chicks who cannot raise their head may be suffering from wry neck due to a vitamin E or B1 thiamine deficiency. An injury to it’s head might also cause that. Poultry Cell or Poultry NutriDrench contain B1 thiamine, E, and selenium which can be helpful in treating wry neck. You can give a little extra vitamin E by opening a 400 IU capsule of vitamin E onto it’s food. Continue to feed it wet chick feed and a little soft cooked/mashed egg.
