Urgent help

2 of my chicks have hatched. one has still pipped and the third has half broken out. I cracked the shell a bit for it as it seemed to be struggling. It appears to be stuck by it back to the shell and also has a red mass at its rear end. What do I do???

Leave it. help it out, put it out of its misery?

Ok have gently broken the shell away. it wasnt truly stuck just it had dried on to it where it had been brokwn oopen and the air had got to it. Its tweeting like mad though
