URGENT hen with potential water belly not eating or drinking

I stoped soaking her, the poop is almost all off of her, ever since I picked her up I could feel something hard on her abdomen at first I thought I was more poop but I looked at her more closely and the hard spot is under her abdomen and it’s inside her, it feels a bit flat for an egg but I can’t be sure. I tried to take a picture I circled where the hard area is. There is also a hard bump on that area that you can see on her but I’m not sure if you can see it in the picture or if that a normal bone.

I squirted some electrolytes in her beak, and made her some mash for tonight. It’s really late and she seems better, so atleast trying to move and looking around. So I put her to bed for tonight, and I’m going to offer her scrambled eggs and give her more electrolytes in the morning.
