urgent humidity ??????

so I just candle my eggs seven out of the eight shows signs of already growth there’s a bunch of photos but I don’t want to post them all this is my favorite egg it’s one of the cream like bars it has a lot of development also I should mention I think they’re all developing but some of them around so you can’t tale I just started day four

My chicks are hatching and humidit is 80 or better. What can i do to lower it? Vent is all the way open. Is 80 as bad as i hear?
