I did open all of them. All I saw was grenish yellow insides, and the yolk was very scrambled.

The air sack NEVER changed either.

If the air cell never changed then your humidity was too high. The air cell will change regardless of whether or not the egg develops. I'd still think they probably got x-rayed, I've never had eggs scrambled so bad that none developed.

instead of a hydrometer try a wet bulb thermometer put a bit of cotton at bottom spot of thermometer (you know the red bulb) and dip it in the water. this should be a different 'meter than your heat thermometer

HERE IS A LIST OF WETBULB THMMTR MEASUREMENTS TO ACTUAL HUMIDITY MEASREMENTS

if your heat is 100F

81.3F = 45%
83.3F = 50%
85.3F = 55%
87.3F = 60%
89.0F = 65%
90.7F = 70%

if your heat is 101F

82.2F = 45%
84.2F = 50%
86.2F = 55%
88.2F = 60%
90.0F = 65%
91.7F = 70%

if your heat is 102F

83.0F = 45%
85.0F = 50%
87.0F = 55%
89.0F = 60%
91.0F = 65%
92.7F = 70%
