Urgent need help!!!

I need advice. I have 5 eggs in my incubator. Two have hatched one more is hatching( it pipped over 24 hours ago and is now zipped about half way. It has been making process very slowly since 9am this morning, it is now 4.22pm. It chips every now and then and seems to kick but its progress is slow. The membrane is light tan. Is their anything I can do to help it please let me know. The other two dont seem to be hatching. Although I saw one of them move yesterday so it may be hatching. It was turned by one of the hatched chicks so I can't see, the other egg was also turned. I believe it also may be hatching the wrong end!

As long as it keeps making progress I'll give it a bit more time, but if the chick shows signs of being in distress I'd give it a hand and open the shell enough so it can kick out.

I dampened the membrane it turned white and I also picked away around the shell but the chick seem to still be stuck. I think her head and she is unable to kick.
