My goat seems constipated and can’t pass stool she is kinda crouched over when she stands and can’t stand up very long what do I do for her she’s very uncomfortable but not making sounds

Without seeing the goat it is difficult to have an opinion. If it was my goat I would immediately give her a dose of clostridium perfingens antitoxin. She may have enterotoxemia. If she does, you don't have much time. Another possibility is polio. Thiamin is used to treat that. If she has entero the antitoxin will cure her. If she doesn't it won't hurt her.

Can you put on a glove and try to pull out some poop? Just use a couple of fingers, you're not trying to clear her out you're just getting an idea of whether or not she's sick, I don't think she's constipated and it wouldn't surprise me if you pulled out diarrhea. What does her coat look like? Split ends? Reddish? Nice and thick?

Could she be pregnant? If so and she aborted, that would explain everything.
She wasn’t pregnant because our only male goat is whethered. I still don’t know what happened, she’s okay now but I couldn’t even get a hold of any vet. There was a lot of blood I’m wondering if maybe she had some kind of stone that she was trying to pass. Poor girl.

She will not let me touch her butt, she’s been having some kind of issue for a few months because a while back I was noticing poop stuck to her and how it’s happening again. But I don’t think this problem has anything to do with that what happened to her the other day. I think it might have been some kind of stone.
