URGENT PLEASE HELP- CHICKEN WITH FOWL POX?

This morning i went into the chicken coop and saw that one of my pullets had a strange lesion on her comb. Upon further inspection, I found another smaller one. Could this be fowl pox? And if so how can i help her?

Today I checked again, and more scabs have appeared. I live in Australia, and right now it's Summer so there are a lot of mosquitoes around.
If this is fowl pox (dry), what treatment should I give my pullet?
