Urgent please Help

i have a young brahma cockerel and his started pulling feathers out of his feet and making them bleed and the other hens are pecking at the blood...
i am assuming this is because there is no bark chips in the run...
What should i do.. please help me

You can apply vicks to his feet so they quit pecking until you get some sort of peck away from the store. Sounds like you need to add entertainment such as a flock block.
