Urgent please help

My hen severely injured one of my young chicks ripped its skin off the back of its head and neck and when it opens its beak two little Spike things go up and back in I'm really worried that it's not going to make it can someone please give me helpful tips I used iodine and triple antibiotic Neosporin and put it on it gave it water with electrolytes and put a little food in there I really don't want this poor little baby to die hopefully someone can give me some helpful tips please

Can you take pictures? It will need to be separated from other chickens. How old is it?

Im not sure on age i got it for my son it's probably around three to four months old because it's the same size as my other baby chicks and yes I took a picture of it earlier give me one second
