URGENT Rescue in NJ - Pigs need home by tomorrow UPDATE Pg 3

I haven't called yet. I talked to DH last night and although he really wants the mommies and babies, we're just not set up to go get them so soon!
I'll pm you the information, Sunny included a phone number, you can call and ask the lady.
Good luck if you do get them!

Hi Nightshade,
You're about 3 hours away. Please PM me and I'll be happy to fill you in on the situation. Thanks!

I don't have a set up for quarantine but sadly may lose Ellie, my roo's only friend (neighbor dog attack that I thought she was recovering from but she seems to be having a setback - headed to vets in a few minutes), in which case I would be able to take 2 hens tho I worry about the risk of not quarantining...May even be able to take 2 if Ellie is okay but then I am almost unncessarily exposing them to I don't know what. If roo was all alone, it might be worth the risk because he gets very depressed all alone.
(I have a very small set up and am in residential neighborhood in central NJ)

Ship me the little pigs! Since they're potbellies, it shouldn't be too big a box, right?

Seriously, though, I would take them if there was a way to get them cross-country....

I tried to PM you but your inbox is full.
Please give an update on poor little Ellie. My best wishes are with you.

Oops - sorry. I deleted some PM's so there should be room now.
Thank you very much re: Ellie. The vet doesn't know what's wrong and of course she didn't collapse in front of him but has done so consistently since returning home. He gave her a cortisone shot and I have a bottle of Metcam antinflammatory to start her on. It's been several hours since the shot and she seems worse - reluctant to move.

I wish there was a way. I don't think the geese will be easy to re-home.
