I desperately need some advice. I have a hen who is molting, has had mites and been treated for them and is extremely lethargic. I dewormed on Sunday. Today she is refusing to eat and her comb is very pale. I have isolated her and tried giving her scrabbled eggs, meal worms, scratch (she would eat all these until today). I also offered wet cat food and she still won't eat. Anything else I can do to try and help her??

It may be there is something internally wrong with her that cannot be fixed, like a tumor or internal laying. The only thing I could think to try would be tube feeding and getting her rehydrated, but I'm not experienced with that. You could attempt electrolytes via a syringe dripped into the beak.

So sorry about your hen, I'm sure that someone with more knowledge will chip in here soon.

Thank you for your reply. My poor hen passed away while I was gone to Tractor Supply to pick up a couple things to try to help her
