URGENT Something Wrong!!!

My guinea hen has been doing this odd movement. her crop is unusually full but it's soft. She didn't do this movement until I went out and felt her crop and then she started doing it as if I pushed some of the food up or moved it or something. I can't explain it proper. I'm worried sick as she is my baby. How do I upload a video???? Photos can't really show what's going on.

Could her crop be impacted or maybe a parasite? Please any advice and suggestions would be appreciated!!!!

Felt her crop and its hard and slightly smaller. Really hard though. What can this be? I couldn't pry her beak open to sniff and look down it. I tried massaging the bottom of Herr crop timnsee if she vomits, she didn't.
