URGENT sprained leg?

My rhode island red hen has a leg with the foot turning in. yesterday I found her trapped under something. she didn't seem injured,but today she will be walking and go to the side the foot/leg is hurt ... help

I would put her in a crate or cage for a few days to rest her leg, and evaluate how badly she has injured the leg. Poultry vitamins may help, and aspirin 80 mg low dose can be given twice a day for pain/inflammation. Look for any bruising or swelling in the foot or along the leg. Splinting can be done if a break is suspected.
